T-Mobile disavows esims sold directly through Ubiquiti, "no data" & "contact carrier" shown in UI

I purchased my U5G and the T-Mobile esim directly from Unifi. It worked for a while, but now simply doesn't work. The U5G screen alternates between showing "Data Plan" and "No Data" with the message (shown in the screenshot below) to "Please contact your carrier".

I have been through multiple departments and numbers with T-Mobile, and not one of them have a clue or can find my "account" using my IMEI number or anything else. I went through T-Mobile customer server, technical support, home internet, prepaid plans, and even got transferred to their "10 Million Project". Not a single person in any of those T-Mobile departments even knew about the U5G, and multiple tried looking up my IMEI but all failed. One support person even suggested that Ubiquiti's sale of this T-Mobile esim was a total scam and T-Mobile probably doesn't even support Ubiquiti. If it wasn't for this working previously, I might be inclined to believe that, but at a minimum Ubiquiti should be unhappy that T-Mobile is saying that Ubiquiti might even be a total fraud.

WTF Ubiquitii??? How am I supposed to get this working again? FYI, I have tried disconnecting my primary internet connection and Unifi says it has failed over to the U5G, but not even a single ping gets a response. For what it's worth, even when the U5G dialog changes to show "Data Plan" instead of the red "No Data", I still don't get a connection when I unplug my primary WAN connection.

I don't see any discussion of the T-Mobile esim purchased directly from Unifi, so I'm tagging @UI-Team since at a minimum the community deserves to know exactly how to contact T-Mobile since that is what you are advising me to do (in the screenshot below).

Curious if anyone else all of a sudden has issues using Google Fi data-only SIMs in the 5G products? I have a Max Outdoor that has been working great since launch, within the past week or so it stopped working. My older UMR also stopped. Oddly the 5G Backup is still going strong. I've tried h2g2, fast.t-mobile.com, and no custom APN. Shows connected but no data because it isn't authorized.

Thought maybe it was related to the latest EA build of 5G Max Outdoor but when I fired up my UMR that kind of changed that thought.

I have an AT&T Enterprise 5G SIM activated and tested on a 5G Max Outdoor, and it gets 5G speeds on that device (200+ Mbps down, which is quite nice).

But on my U5G Backup, it will only connect at 4G LTE speeds, and maxes out at around 30 Mbps down, 11 Mbps up (with 76-80 dBa signal, sitting outside with line of sight to a cell tower).

I've been in contact with my AT&T sales rep, and he said when he tries putting the U5G's IMEI in his system, it returns:

The entered IMEl is not eligible for AT&T Internet Air for Business.

Please enter a new IMEl or choose an eligible equipment.

AT&T is correctly displayed on the screen and via the device page on my gateway.
UMR Industrial Firewall Rules

I'm trying to add my UMR to an OpenVPN environment using CloudConnexa, their cloud VPN service.

So far everything is going well; HOWEVER, the only way I could get the UMR to pass traffic to the LAN subnet was to add "LAN In" and "LAN Out" firewall rules allowing traffic from my (CloudConnexa) VPN Client address to the LAN host behind the UMR. Before adding these rules, I could ping the LAN-side default gateway, but not the other hosts on the LAN. Weird, I know.

Either way, when I defined the firewall rules, I was only able to add a single IP address at a time. I tried adding a whole block of IP addresses at once using standard CIDR notation and it wouldn't take it. It didn't like a range of IP addresses with a hyphen, either.

What am I missing here? Can I really not define firewall rules by subnet?

UMR networking help

I'm looking to solve a networking issue my team is having utilizing a UMR Ultra to monitor a remote client site. We have a BAS controller deployed that has (2) IP ports but runs Linux so can only utilize (1) default gateway (a default gateway can be assigned to both IP ports but it only recognizes the first one). Port 1 is connected to the customer managed network and port 2 is a dedicated BAS network off the controller. The IP configuration is:

port 1:

IP: 172.16.10.55

Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0

default gateway: 172.16.10.1

port 2:

10.10.13.10

255.255.255.0

no default gateway assigned

Before we connected port 1 to the customer network we had 10.10.13.1 assigned to port 2 default gateway and were able to successfully remotely connect to the device with our UMR setup as a mobile router with Verizon SIM & UDM setup as follows:

UMR Host address 10.10.13.1

UMR Routing: 10.10.13.0/26 (dest network) - Next Hop – 192.168.3.1 (wireguard VPN tunnel to UDM).

UDM Wireguard Client has the 10.10.13.0/26 netowrk listed under “Networks Behind Client”.

Once we connected the customer network and changed the default gateway to port 1, we lost our ability to remotely access the device via the UMR on port 2 and are looking for solutions on how to regain access. The client needs to be able to VPN into their network (via their managed VPN) which is why we moved the default gateway to them.

If we put the UMR onto the client network (for example change UMR host address to 172.16.10.144) via the LAN port of the UMR, is there a way to setup static routing such that we can access the controller via the UMR Wireguard tunnel, while the customer can also access the controller via their network VPN?

Is there another potential way to keep the UMR on port 2 without the default gateway assigned that we are overlooking?

We have been banging our heads on our desks trying to solve this, any potential help or insights anyone could provide would be very much welcomed.
